About us :
In 2012 Jay set up 360 Leisure after becoming the youngest NPLQ trainer in the country. In the following year the company went from strength to strength after signing multiple training contacts with a number of providers, In the following year the company took on its first 2 employees to cover all the courses and centers it was gaining.
The difference between 360 Leisure and other trainers is that for us its about the quality of delivery and teaching not just an income as it is for a lot of Trainers and companies. Having handpicked staff for top positions across the industry and brought the all together to create the best training team possible. We work right across the board from national providers to small Independent and council sites.

Our Previous Projects include: implementing a new QMS for 1life, Writing a new Health and safety manual for an outdoor leisure provider, design of a internal multi-site audit process for a national private leisure provider and producing a new training program to include gym level 2, NPLQ, FAW, pool plant Level 3, and Swim Teachers levels 1&2
